Two Perspectives. One Shared Purpose.

I’ve spent 20 years in healthcare, and if there’s one thing my career has taught me, it’s that healthcare looks very different depending on where you’re standing.
I started on the clinical side, caring for patients and developing a passion for wound care that has stayed with me throughout my career. Over time, my path expanded into clinical education, leadership, business development, DME operations, and strategic partnerships. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside clinicians, providers, home health agencies, operational teams, executives, and industry partners—and each experience has given me a different perspective on how all the pieces of healthcare fit together. It has also shown me where they sometimes don’t.
That’s where Amanda and I found our alignment. We bring different experiences, strengths, and perspectives to the table, but we share the same belief: some of the best opportunities for improvement are found in the spaces between departments, processes, and people. Too often, everyone is working toward the same goal but approaching it from a different direction.
ARC grew from our desire to help bridge those gaps.
For me, this work is personal. I love wound care, I love solving problems, and I genuinely enjoy connecting the clinical side of healthcare with the operational and business side. Whether we’re looking at supply utilization, documentation, education, reimbursement, workflow, or growth opportunities, I want to understand the whole picture—not just one piece of it.
Amanda and I created ARC to bring our perspectives together and use what we’ve learned throughout our careers to help other organizations find practical solutions that actually work for their teams.

I’ve spent 27 years in healthcare, and if there’s one thing that experience has taught me, it’s that there’s almost always more to the story than what you can see from one side.
I’m a nurse by training, a problem-solver by nature, and endlessly curious. Tell me, “That’s just how we’ve always done it,” and you can pretty much guarantee my next question will be, “But why?”
My career has taken me through clinical care, home health, wound care, DME, business development, operations, and leadership. I’ve had the opportunity to see healthcare from a lot of different angles, and somewhere along the way, I realized that what I love most is figuring out how all those pieces connect—and what happens when they don’t.
I love people, I love building relationships, and I genuinely get excited about a complicated problem or a new idea. My family and friends know that a phone call starting with “Okay, hear me out…” usually means I’ve thought of something—and there’s a decent chance a spreadsheet is coming.
That curiosity is a big part of what brought Caitlyn and me together. We don’t always look at a problem the same way—and that’s exactly the point. We bring different experiences and different strengths to the table, ask a lot of questions, challenge each other, and usually end up somewhere better because of it.
My family is my favorite part of my life. I love to laugh, I ask a million questions, and while I take the work I do very seriously, I try not to take myself too seriously.
I certainly don’t believe I have all the answers. What I do have is 27 years of experience, a lot of perspective, and a genuine desire to help people find better ways forward.
And that’s exactly why Caitlyn and I created ARC.
