Aligned Resource Consulting is a Texas-based healthcare consulting firm founded by two clinicians-turned-operators with backgrounds across wound care, DME/DMEPOS, home health, and revenue cycle. We started ARC because the biggest opportunities in home health rarely sit inside one department. They sit between departments, where the clinical picture and the financial picture meet — and that's where we work.

Caitlyn Middleton, BSN, RN
Caitlyn brings 20 years of healthcare experience, including more than a decade specializing in wound care, along with expertise in healthcare operations, business development, clinical education, DME strategy, and reimbursement. Her background includes navigating payer requirements, documentation and coverage guidelines, and the processes that help organizations get appropriately reimbursed for the care and products they provide. As co-founder of Aligned Resource Consulting, Caitlyn is passionate about aligning clinical, operational, and financial priorities to improve outcomes and drive sustainable growth.

Amanda Steinhauser, LVN, WCC
With more than 25 years in healthcare, Amanda has worked across clinical care, wound care, home health, DME, business development, and operational leadership. She is a nurse by training and a fixer by instinct — the person who asks why a process works the way it does, finds where it breaks down, and builds something better. As co-founder of Aligned Resource Consulting, she brings that mix of hands-on clinical experience and business judgment to every engagement, helping organizations see a problem from every side and turn what could be improved into results that last.
